Strawberry & Yogurt Parfait

For a simple breakfast, try this strawberry parfait dish, which mixes strained yogurt, crisp granola, and fresh strawberries.

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup sliced fresh strawberrie – 1 teaspoon sugar – ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt – ¼ cup granola

MAKING PROCESS

In a small bowl, combine strawberries and sugar.

Let rest until the berries begin to release juice, about 5 minutes.  

Layer the yogurt and the strawberries with their juice in a 2-cup container to construct the parfait.   

Sprinkle granola on top.
