RAINBOW SMOOTHIE BOWL

Big, colorful smoothie bowls filled with fresh fruit and beneficial superfoods will ALWAYS be my weakness! They taste like sorbet, look absolutely beautiful, and are so easy to customize with your favorite topping

This rainbow smoothie bowl is particularly special because it combines two smoothie flavors in one bowl, making it a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

Ingredients: For the Blue Smoothie: – 1 frozen banana – 1/2 cup frozen pineapple – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk) – 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder

For the Pink Smoothie: – 1 frozen banana – 1/2 cup frozen strawberrie – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk) – 1 teaspoon pink pitaya (dragonfruit) powder

Toppings (Choose Your Favorites): – Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) – Sliced banana – Kiwi slice – Mango chunk – Chia seed – Granola – Coconut flake – Edible flower – Nuts and seed

Prepare the Blue Smoothie: – In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, almond milk, and blue spirulina powder. – Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Pour the blue smoothie mixture into one side of a large bowl, tilting the bowl slightly to keep the smoothie on one side.

Rinse out the blender, then combine the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, almond milk, and pink pitaya powder.

– Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency. – Pour the pink smoothie mixture into the other side of the bowl, slowly bringing the bowl back to a flat position to keep the smoothies separate.

Arrange your chosen toppings over the blue and pink smoothie sides. Be creative! You can create patterns or place the toppings symmetrically for a stunning visual effect.

Fresh berries, sliced banana, kiwi slices, mango chunks, chia seeds, granola, coconut flakes, edible flowers, and a variety of nuts and seeds make excellent choices.
