Longhouse steakhouse broccoli recipe copycat

This simple parmesan broccoli side dish complements any dinner. It tastes like Longhorn steakhouse. Stir this into your favourite steak, dish, or anything! No more boring broccoli with this simple recipe.

The new Longhorn steakhouse near our house has become a family favourite.

I tried their broccoli during one of our visits, even though I generally get Brussels sprouts. But now I prefer that side first whenever we go there. Really good.

With garlic and parmesan flavour, this recipe melts in your tongue. If you prefer al dente broccoli, steam it for shorter time because it is soft.

Wash and slice 2 broccoli heads Two cups water Add salt, pepper, and 4 tablespoons salted butter. One tablespoon minced garlic 1/3 cup grated parmesan

Prepare broccoli by cutting. Put broccoli in a skillet with 2 cups water. Add salt and pepper (about a teaspoon each). Bring to boil.

Put on a cover and steam for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess water. Add butter and melt. Toss broccoli in butter. Add garlic and parmesan and coat everything. Remove and enjoy!
