Is green tea better than coffee? Nutritionists and doctors weigh in

For years, green tea has been considered healthier than coffee. Though most people drink coffee every day, many prefer green tea in the morning.   

Actually, is that true? Since I enjoy green tea, I researched it. Doctors and nutritionists discuss green tea vs. coffee.

One reason green tea is better? This contains less caffeine than coffee. "An 8 oz. cup of coffee can have close to or over 100 mg. of caffeine, while the same size cup of green tea may have 50 mg.
