Easy Cinnamon Tea

Making cinnamon tea is quite simple and can be very soothing.  

Ingredients: – 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 cup of water – Optional: honey or sweetener of your choice (to taste)

Instructions: 1. Boil Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. 2. Add Cinnamon: If using a cinnamon stick, break it into smaller pieces and add it to the boiling water. If using ground cinnamon, add it directly to the water.

Steep: Let the cinnamon steep in the boiling water for about 5-10 minutes. This allows the flavors to infuse into the water. 

Strain (if using sticks): If you used cinnamon sticks, strain the tea into a cup to remove the pieces of cinnamon. – 

Sweeten (optional): Add honey or another sweetener to taste, if desired. 

Serve: Pour the cinnamon tea into a cup and enjoy while hot.
