Chunky Guacamole, Cheese Crisps

Guacamole is the ideal keto dip because it has a lot of heart-healthy fats that come from avocados, which are high in fat.

I really enjoy using parmesan crisps or pig rinds as a crispy guacamole vessel due to the fact that typical tortilla chips for dipping are not an option when following the ketogenic diet.

Despite the fact that this dish has some body because to the larger bits of avocado, you may use an immersion blender to make it entirely smooth.

Ingredients

2 1/2 ripe avocados 2 Tbsp full-fat sour cream Juice from 1/2 lime

Ingredients

1/2 tsp minced garlic 1-tsp kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro 2 Tbsp coarsely sliced red onion Parm Crisps, serving

Cube the avocado and set it in a big bowl after you have done so. Sour cream, lime, garlic, salt, and pepper should be added at this point.

Make a chunky texture while using a fork to mash the ingredients. The red onion and cilantro should be folded in, and then stirred to mix.

To accompany the crisps, serve.
