Ingredient – 1 Banana – 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee – 2 Tablespoons Chia Seed – 1/4 Cup Nut Milk – 1/4 Cup Nut Pods Cookie Butter Creamer

Mash the Banana: Start by mashing one banana with a fork. I like to mash the bananas well so there aren’t small pieces left, but if you prefer thicker banana pieces, mash the baba as a little less. 

Refrigerate: Place the jar or cup in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. You can refrigerate it for longer if you prefer. This mixture also tastes delicious and sets thicker if left overnight. 

Add Creamer: Whisk or steam the Nutpods Cookie Butter creamer until it’s frothy. Then, pour it over the top of the mashed banana. 

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle a little instant coffee or cocoa powder on top. Stir gently and enjoy your Chia Coffee!
